Showcase Wollensak Cine Raptar 38mm f/1.5 D-mount

    More photographic exploration, this time with a Wollensak Cine Raptar 38mm f/1.5 D-mount. There is a rather pricey little ring that allows a D-mount lens to attach to a C-mount adapter, but it won't focus more than about 3' away due to the register difference. It is very soft wide open, and sharpens gradually as it is stopped down.

    Now, if one of you fine folk want to buy me a Pentax Q for my birthday, I could use the D-mount more effectively. :D

    It was an interesting experiment, but I'm going to stick it back on eBay. Not really my cup of tea.
