I've been waiting to use this lens on a 35mm digital sensor for quite a while. And it's pretty awesome.

There's a lot of glow at f/1.2, but f/1.4 is a massive improvement and at that point its sharper than the Voigtlander 17.5mm f/.95 is at f/.95 on my Olympus E-M5. Fun times are ahead.

I was going to buy the AF Sony/Zeiss 35mm/F2.8. But I think I might get this lens instead :D

MF is a little difficult at f/1.2 because the contrast is so low the peaking isn't as effective, but at f/1.4 at up it's surprisingly easy. Considering the cost of the 35mm f/2.8, I'd say this lens is the better deal.

I'm going to try to start an sample image thread for it tomorrow.

Manual focusing at higher apertures is a common problem.

The results you posted look like this is a great lens.

There will be more eventually. I'm trying to get a feel for each of my lenses with this new camera. I love the 35mm FL, so I'll certainly be back to this lens fairly soon.
