Using a hot shoe flash

    When you use a hot shoe flash indoors in manual mode, you have to decrease the exposure and ISO to the point where the room becomes almost pitch black on the LCD. How do you focus with a MF lens in cases like this?

    Edit: this is with a sony nex 6

    edit 2: Nvm, I just figured it out, phew.
