Thanks, so do I. It's relevant to know that the first spider is approx 6mm across (toe to toe as it were). The second one a little bigger at approx 15mm.

The morning dew on the web makes it a bit more interesting.

I just noticed you were using the Sony LA-EA1... how are you finding that?

I've not had it very long and this was the first real test. Occasionally the lens doesn't register, I part loosen the adapter and rotate it to lock which seems to sort it. The adapter was second hand so I guess the contact need a careful clean.

It recognises all my Sony/Minolta/Tamron A mount lenses which is good. It will autofocus with the SAM Sony lenses and even the 70-300 Tamrom USD will autofocus. It hunts like Elmer Fudd, but it does work.
