Both my wife and I had the day off Monday, (Labor Day in the US), so we took a road trip out of the 102 F Phoenix heat to the town of Prescott, 81 F. So nice to get away for a bit.

They have an Arts and Crafts Fair that weekend, so we wandered around a bit and had some lunch before heading back. Had the 28-70mm and A6000 in tow.

Nice photos! The FE 28-70 looks decent on good light - might pick one up now that I'm left with no AF lens... Thanks for sharing your trip :)

Thanks. This was a spur of the moment trip.

The 28-70 is great on the A6000. It is no low light performer and the minimum focusing range is not great, but overall it is my "I don't know what I am going to shoot today" lens.
