    I had been awake for 36 hours already after working on a submission for the Sci-fi 48hr film challenge, but as I got out into the sun in East London I couldn't help but go for a walk. Then in the far distance I saw the peak of the Shard, and against my better judgement decided to walk all the way to it. Here are some of the photos I took when I arrived:
