Traveled to Tianjin (a town east of Beijing) to check out the Binhai Library (not this one). Instead, I ended up at the wrong library for a while (5 hours) and I was completely mesmerized by the lines and architecture of this one.
I will post later photos of the Binhai Library.

Amazing pictures of an amazing building.

It's amazing as a work of architectural art. As a place to keep books, I guess it is rather absurd. Maybe that is the point?
It's books periodicals and just history of all of China.
China is flexing its might with architectural feats all over the place.
It's nice to go to a place and not only be inspired by the words in the shelves but by the sights.
