hey friends I hope you had a nice week, today we had a spectacular day here in NY, but I could not go out to shoot, I had to work, so I gave an overview of some of the pictures from last week, this shot was with nex7 and 55-210mm, I was across the street and had to use the 210mm at ISO3200, f/6.3 1/80s, I started using Cs6, to practice a bit and just wanted to ask you prefiere color or B & W in this photo of the musician on Broadway ...

Hard to choose for me. They're both compelling. But if you made me choose, I'd lean toward the color version. Slightly.

Likewise, funnily enough as I usually prefer B+W.

For this certain shot and occasion I prefer the colour version too - the colours (which are beautiful) give a very dynamic feel that the B&W version lucks IMHO ;)

I'd choose the colour out of these two. The b&w one could be good also but it seems too dark to me as it is.

    Both very nice.

I normally lean toward black and white, but in this case I'm going for the colour version.

For me a choice, the picture in color. This picture shows color nuance and detail that in the black and white picture is hidden.

I generally never go for black and white as we never see anything in black and white naturally, (unless it is black and white), and so much detail gets lost, to me it's a relic of the past, when we had nothing else.
that first shot is absolutely superb

Color. The B&W is a completely different picture. Given the subject, color, for me, is far more interesting.

I think this looks great in color too. Really great colors and not distracting at all.

I'm just gonna go ahead and be different; B&W! There's just something about the lack of colour that makes it interesting to me.

What about the black and white if it's cropped and dirtied up a bit?
