    Hi all,
I would like to use my nex camera to record video and a semi-professional device to capture sound. How easy is to sync the recording device with the video stream?

    1. Which format I am should using video?
    2. Which video editing tool to use afterwards?

Syncing sound is easy just click your fingers or clap you hand in front of the camera, you can easily sync the sound in any video editing software, try windows movie maker its free. It works with avchd, what sony uses for full hd. I would use the mp4 on the nex, wasting all the lovely 1080p potential

    Hi
the concert is tomorrow. I will not use my nex for video but a smaller compact camera I have. What format it should produce and what "system" NTSC or PAL to sync afterwards the voice of the sound recorder with the video file?

    Regards
