Yesterday I visited out skirt area of my town with my Nex 3 and kit18-55mm lens.

Wow, amazing that the whole flower in that third shot didn't blow out & the sky isn't totally washed out.

Thanks Bimjo I have recovered that details from RAW. that's surprisingly different from the original file.

Never underestimate the NEX 18-55 kit lens. I believe it's better than what the critics care to admit.

Nice pictures. While I have been mostly using legacy lenses, I go back to the kit lens from time to time and am not disappointed.
