Summer swimming holes

On the shoulders of the Green Mountains
Summer in Vermont means two things, above all else: swimming holes and maple creemees (if you don't know what that is, come find out). Here are some of the former:

I assume those swimming holes have been fully investigated for hidden objects before jumping into them.
Chuckle.... yes, and they are water level-dependent, so really it's a check each time one goes. Also, after big rains debris can flow down from the mountains, so it takes consistent attention.

Kind of like going to the beach. You always have to check out the water where the waves are breaking before you dive in. You might break your neck running into a sand bar you didn't see.
