Hello friends, I hope this year is filled with blessings and good health, a lot of work to make a lot of money and buy many lenses, in order 2012 was very good, I learned a lot here with you, and this will be my last year here in NY, I was thinking back to my country in the summer, so just coming back again only for vacation to visit my brother and friends, but I have a few more months to do more street photography. Greetings and Happy New Year to all family.

Thanks guys, I've been shooting a little with the vivitar 28mm f2.8 and and Yashinon 50mm f/1.7 both m42, and are very good lenses, my copies are like new, without any blemishes or scratches.

Although it is a very heavy lens, pure metal, handles very well.

Some really nice shots here!
Really a pity that I don't live in such a big cities where you can find interesting pics a bit more easily as if the streets are less crowded... :-(

Recently, I read a long discusion (in czech) about publishing street shots, where it is possible to recognize peoples faces...
In Czech Repubublic it is possible for "artistic" purposes. (So here is it :D)

What about your country?
In the U.S. you can publish a photo of anyone who has been photographed in a public place, though there can be potential liability if the photo might expose them to embarrassment. But as a general rule here, if you're in a public place, you have no expectation of privacy. Anyone is fair game.
