Last weekend I went on a trip away to the south coast of NSW in Australia. Here is my favourites from my weekend away. First two with NEX 7 and FE 55/1.8 and last with FE 35/2.8.

Welcome Slingers! I have to admit that I'm curious: why did you get the FE lenses for your NEX-7? Are you planning to get one of the full-frame cameras in the future?

I've had my NEX 7 for a few years now and it's starting to show the problems a lot of people complain about like a peeling grip. I plan to upgrade however when I tried the A7 and A7R they weren't cameras for me. I'm waiting for the next FF E mount camera release now. With the lenses, I wasn't planning on getting the lenses until I had a FF camera but I saw some deals I couldn't refuse.

Both of the FE lenses work well on the NEX 7 similar to the sigma 19 in AF speed and accuracy. My worst E mount lens for AF accuracy is the Tamron 18-200. I often have to half press the shutter a few times to get focus. The FE 35 can sometimes need a few half shutter presses like the Tamron.
