These aren't particularly artistic shots (except maybe the first and last), they just demonstrate the lens in relatively low light.

Yeah, I'll have to look for my 18mm pics. I didn't take any yesterday and I couldn't remember which of my 18mm shots were taken with the kit lens and which were with the LE. Maybe I'll get some new ones. All the shots were handheld and wide open.

The only thing I would say about this lens is expect to go manual at 200mm in low light. Slow to lock with auto at dusk, and usually picks the wrong object. I don't mind atm, it's a skill I want to learn anyway.

Its one of those that under good conditions will produce great images such as yours.
Thanks! It's a good walkaround lens... I use to shoot with prime lenses but had fun with this one... I guess I'm going to use it more.
