Hi, I've posted on my website images I have taken in Waddesdon Manor, Buckinghamshire. Here are just a few of the IR images. {} {} The full post is located here: http://myphotojourney.co.uk/waddesdon-manor/ Boon www.myphotojourney.co.uk
Interesting...I know very little about Infra Red images and was under the impression that everything would basically be pretty stark, like B&W. But was surprised to see the group of people at the door on the left looking quite normal.
There are many different IR filters which allow more visible light to get to the sensor than some others. 665nm IR filters typically have more colour in the images than the 720nm filter. 850nm filters will produce more monochrome images than these two filters. My favourite is still the 665nm. Boon www.myphotojourney.co.uk
BTW, in case nobody has noticed, the bottle is inscribed 1787 Lafite Th. J. Or Thomas Jefferson the third president of the United States and principle author of the Declaration of Independence. This is a piece of American history, as it was bought when he was Minister of France (from 1785). Boon
