That lens looks awesome. Unfortunately don't have the funds for that. I recently picked up the mitakon 85 1.2. Has not arrived yet but I'm anxious to see how it performs.

Got my copy nearly two weeks ago and have been putting it through its paces... It's tack sharp wide open (albeit with a noticeable amount of green / magenta CA - which goes away by f/2.8) and has truly amazing bokeh / oof areas...

Lucille these are gorgeous shots and what a great way to start the 85mm G thread!

One thing I wanted to ask you about - the colours you are getting are very beautiful. You've managed to negate any nasty colour casts.

Do you mind sharing what your colour workflow is ? manually set AWB in camera? Use grey card? I love your punchy results :)
