    Quirck I think your photos are good but it's your ability, I don't see scenes that put the lens on strain.

    It's good. True. Until you start comparing it to other lenses you have. The FE 16-35 is better at all apertures from 28 to 35. Think I am gonna sell it and get a 55 1.8 instead.

    Only got this lens recently as my only native AF lens after switching from a Nex-6 with a 18-105G combo to an A7 but I don't see myself keeping the 28-70...

    I think I agree with @NickCyprus@NickCyprus... it's "OK" and you can produce good results, but there are certainly better (albeit, more expensive) options. Then again, I only paid $190 for it...
