Not to be too pedantic, but technically when shooting RAW you never have SOOC because it's (mostly) raw sensor data. Your editor decides how to portray it, and if you open it in multiple editors you would almost certainly see some differences even before making any edits.
Your processed image is certainly more engaging than the unedited version!
I have made some minor adjustments to the previous photograph.
* Decreased the saturation of reds in the scene which I found to be too intense
* The same for the blues in certain specific areas
* Increase the area of the sky on the top
