I couldn't find a Showcase thread for this lens, so I might as well start one. Mods can move if I missed an existing thread.

These are at 12mm, and on the A6000. I can't image how wide this will get on FF.

Two from today. One cropped to 3:1 pano. The other is cropped 16:9 to fit my laptop screen.

6-Stop ND plus CPL. ISO-50 to get that extra shutter speed. Both at f/8, 2s for the 3:1, 1.6s for the 16:9.

I used the Sigma 12-24, and it was probably my favorite lens, but twice as heavy as this one. That is actually one reason I switched from Canon to Sony. The problem now is getting enough money to buy one! I'm going to look into it tomorrow. Can't wait to get back to Ultra-ultra-wide.

Lately people tend to post in the pic-a-day or subject forums instead of the lens showcases.

This is clearly a very nice lens.
Yeah, we need more showcase pics from several lenses - I've been trying to post there instead of pic-a-day, unless we already have a bunch of pics in the thread for whatever lens I'm using.

I have noticed many of our showcase threads have stagnated. I can understand that as I do not think everyone looks at the showcase threads, and people like to post where they think their content will be seen. It seems pic-a-day is perhaps the most popular thread on the site (no special admin insight there, just my perception).

Speaking for myself and not the site, I think it is OK to crosspost to both pic-a-day and a lens showcase. Win-win. :)
