I really love the 20mm. I haven't found fault with it yet. I do wish it had more metal in the build like the Zeiss but I also can't complain about the price! Funny thing was I bought one when I got my NEX-6 and then my kids gave me one for father's day, but they ordered it online and I didn't have the heart to tell them I already had one. So I have been trying to sell it. Someone should enjoy it!

Not too shabby...I must confess to liking the hood.
About the price, well....it does have a bit of ED glass in comparison to the 16mm E-Mount.....But I understand if some folks choose the Sigma route instead
Note: I've PP'D in a manner that doesn't emphasize sharpness...

Some great shots there RT. Love 'em!

To be honest I kind of forget about this lens as there is the 19mm Sigma and 16mm SEL so close together. If they had made this one a 2.0 or 1.8 it would be a hot seller I bet.

What it has going for it is the small size. It's about half the size of my Sigma. Still its a hard sell when the Sigma is only $100.00.

    This what I'm wondering about.

    How do these two compare?

    Yup.
Pretty much why I said this isn't really going to be a popular lens....

Popular, schmopular. If you can take shots like that with it, and you enjoy shooting with it, what else matters? ;)
