I've been fortunate go visit Bangkok again and this time get to walk the streets without doing all of the touristy stuff.
I also got to visit Koh Samed/Koh Samet, one of the vacation islands off the coast.
As stated before, I've been trying to rely on the Tamron 28-75 F2.8 Di III mostly for this trip. I actually did most of my shots with it except on the last day of the trip.
Either way, let me know what you think.

Same shot cropped. Before and After.
I'm really surprised by the sharpness of the lens even after such a crop

Thanks! Just really trying to test this lens under most scenarios before I make it my main travel lens. Up to now, it has checked all the boxes. I will probably only carry the 16-35F4 and the voigtlander 40 F1.4 from now on when traveling.

I like the last one and it happened to be the FE 1635 f4.
Interesting. Them crabs must have plenty of saliva to roll up all of them sand balls.

When you wake up in the morning, all you see are those little balls all over the beach. Quite interesting where the crabs get their source of food from.

Very interesting pictures. The cropped crab is amazing! I would say I prefer the first set on the whole, less people :)

I like taking pictures of people in their natural habitat. However, I understand what you are saying. At times I just go out and don't take photos of people.

The Tamron seems ideal. Those two night shots by the beach, were superb.

I've been really surprised by the quality of the lens. You usually expect some sort of big trade off when not going for Sony branded G lens, but this Tamron has really surprised me with its performance, fast focus, and image quality.

This makes me miss Thailand. After visiting on my last trip and returning to LA, I wanted to have food vendors in front of my house selling fresh fruits, grilled BBQ sticks and 20 Baht coconut smoothies! :( :D
