Excellent. They should have no problem filling my backorder then :)

(now I just have to figure out whether to keep the 19 or the Sony 16 -- unless there's some reason to have both...)

Mine are on the Puralotor (courier) truck on the road to be delivered today...i'm patiently awaiting the "ding dong" of my front door bell :p

*update* package delivered will start shooting tomorrow, don't want any condensation happening very cold outside today.

Question...When holding the 30 and 19 in hand and flipping them back and forth why is there movement inside the barrels? Is that normal for that much movement? More so in the 30 than in the 19 and no I'm not shaking them. If that's normal it's un-nerving to me :p

Yes it is normal. It stops once you turn the camera on and the af motor engages. I read somewhere that it has to do with the new type of motor that Sigma is using. Ibstill find it disconcerting however.

Thanks Derichuk, i'm rough on equipment and thought i had already broken them :p
I couldn't help myself i had to take a photo with the 30mm so my dad (83), who likes being photographed (the only one in the family) allowed this, i worked it a little in Photoscape but wasn't really necessary, it's just i like to PP...it's an addiction i guess BUT this lense is very sharp imo as others have been saying and sharing their images online. I'm happy i got this, now to find an event to shoot at :)
Shot using the preset portrait mode at 2.8 and cropped to what you see...i'm impressed.

    *edit*
This morning i got this of my dad checking his lottery tickets so i grabbed the 19mm using Photoscape to add some drama? (He's still waiting to hit the big one, that's his little corner of clutter :) )

@nubster with the Nex 6 and those two Sigmas, you'll be more than happy, probably add the Sony 50 1.8 OSS and call it a complete system.
