The 5 pocket item below is called a half-vest, intended for use when out hunting.
Strong good quality item, has 2 pockets on each side in the front…ideal for a couple small-medium lenses and a couple filters, plus a full width pocket across the back which is perfect for my 300 or 400mm teles.
All on a waist belt with nothing hanging / swinging from a shoulder or neck.
Lenses are protected from bumps & bangs, as well as from the elements.

When I take a woods walk or visit an Arboretum, I carry extra lenses, filters, a rocket blower, lens pen, micro cloth, rain cover with ease….makes changing lenses a simple, quick, safe operation:
    1) Remove lens from camera and put it in its pocket.
    2) Mount another lens from a different pocket, done.
