Nice !! That wooden base really help?
The RX1R is an ILC?
I really like them to give the bottoms of my hands a bit more to hold on to. Here is my review: http://www.rohuphoto.com/kit/2014/4/27/grip
I also have one for my a6000. They are from J.B. Camera Designs: http://www.jbcameradesigns.com/
No, sorry if I broke a rule if this site only for ILC.
^^^ Rollin, I wouldn't worry about it --I think Tony is just curious, not being confrontational.
Boy, those RX1R cameras are cool.
Agreed, I actually considered getting one but i wanted to toy with different lenses so i got the a6000 instead
here's an oldy.
was actually not a bad lens.
Yep thats right , thats a Polaroid Pro with a Minolta badge on it.

Does look... um... less than ergonomic.
And my most Favorite camera of all time. would still be using it if it had not been stolen.
MMMMM ROKKOR goodness
And it's the 35mm F2.8 Rokkor being used to take that shot
No, not at all. When I saw the pic of the Zeiss Sonar on the RX1R, it aroused my curiosity. because I thought it was a fixed lens camera.
What Eric said.
EDIT: My ignorance has now been cured . . . I just read a review of the the RX1R. I now see the error in my thought process. All is well.
Thanks for posting, guys! When the dust settles here (I have been editing a bunch of event photos--almost done), I have some I would like to share. I did take out the Minolta X-370s last night for a little spin (with the Rokkor X 50 1.7) --nice camera.
