A6000, SEL55210, ISO1600, spot metering, 210mm, 1/90th sec.
Nice! that SEL55210 is high on my to-get list, and I'll ditch the legacy tokina.
Thanks Steve. Now I feel really old.
LOL!!! We were all saying the same thing tonight. I've followed them since '72. That's 43 years!
You took the words right out of my mouth!
Wonderfully colorful and detailed shot.
For some reason, I can't achieve that level of sharpness at 210mm with my sample. What f stop was this at?
1st- Nice Image, great detail.
2nd- Grandpa Dobbie.
Aperture Priority f/6.7
I almost didn't post it, I see lots of motion blur. It was dusk, I hated to crank up the ISO any more, it wasn't a fast prime by any means, and he was rockin'!
I took about 600, I'll look through them and see if I have some others with different lenses. I used my 55 1.8 and 16-50 on the A6000, and a few on the A7ii w/28-70.
Great pic. You're being way too critical.
Agreed. For a concert picture, it is one of the better ones I have seen.
Well, thanks! I don't get too many chances like this at concerts.
Here's Tom Johnston, the lead singer (as much as they HAVE a lead singer).
This one is at ISO3200 (I can see a difference), 167mm, f/5.6, 1/125.
Thanks for the details, and yeah...these look great for stage shots in low light!
Look at the picture -- not the pixels
These are both great!
Great shots! Like WNG, I don't get that sharpness from my 55210 on the long end. Not handheld, anyway.
10 frames later... 210mm, ISO1600, 1/60, f/6.7. Aperture Priority, Center Weighted metering.
