    Nice image, I like the effect of the longer exposure. Perhaps a darker sky to bring out the cloud movement to complement the water.

    Good composition, but the light is a bit flat. Perhaps shoot at "golden hour" if possible?

    What caught my eye was the effect of the choice of exposure time on the water. Of course long exposure flattened the surface of the water. But the long exposure was short enough to maintain some of the major waves so the motion of the water was preserved. Water did not become a cloudy flat sheet. The foreground rocks and water are magnificent to me. Perhaps leaving the background flat helps?
