Industar-50 50mm f/3.5, there are several versions of this lens: a silver and a black version, and both are available in M39 and M42 mount. But my copy is the silver,I try to sell it, so I put it on ebay for a few days, and I have repented, I will not sell it now, I have a good copy and despite the compact size does not bother me in my bag.

Amazing value for the lens, I ca'nt remember how much paid for this, I guess around 35 bucks or less, Image quality is terrific, very sharp and since it is M39 so I can use the adapter L39 to mount on the NEX.

Like I said before very light can put in my pocket on my bag, and is not to heavy, about 76gr, the only downside is the continuous aperture, because is the ring is very thin so I used my nails to put in the right aperture, maybe I need to be more patient.

I ordered the hood for the lens, 32mm, cause is prone to flare without the hood, and to me it has a pleasant bokeh, is blurry in f/3.5.

The Image quality is very good: colour rendering is great, it is very sharp, I prefer shoot in B/W, but that's me.

Looks great, Freddy. And I'm looking forward to summer, and seeing what you two look like when you're not all bundled up. ;)

Assuming that it is one of the lenses listed in his signature, it would be an Industar 50.

Also, he mentioned that it is an f:3.5 lens, and he lists the Industar 50 as a 50mm f:3.5 lens.

I think you should not sell the lens. The images are wonderful, very film like. I have one on the way. Can't wait to shoot with it after seeing your images.

believe me, had put up for sale but descidi cancel so I gave one more chance and I think it is not for sale any more, but we need a lens hood because this tends to be very shiny, very sharp, I like a lot, for its compact size.

believe me you will have plenty of fun with this lens.
