Sony Alpha Rumors has published a front view of the Sony NEX-7:

The NEX-7 design is an evolved version of a long line of advanced digital cameras from Sony, from the original Mavica to the Sony DSC-F707, all of which featured EVFs in the same location. It's not clear from these images whether the LCD will be articulated. It looks like Sony is throwing the kitchen sink into this design, so I would not at all be surprised if it were.
