Reflectivity.

Just spent 2 days in Spokane, WA. (got back this afternoon). We stayed in a hotel that is right next to the Spokane River in an area adjacent to Riverfront Park. I spent the majority of Friday afternoon wandering and shooting in the park. Wonderful location, mostly natural settings, some left over structures from Expo '74, flowers everywhere. Waterfalls.

Both days we had absolutely gorgeous weather- mid 80s, clear skies and almost no wind at all, which made for some very nice reflection shots.

Nice stuff! There's something magical about clear blue skies in water that cameras are often better at bringing out than the eye

It's a cool city. Too many one-way streets though. I think about moving up there until I remember how much snow they get every year. I hates me some snow. 'Cept to take pictures of.

It does, but pics will have to wait for the next trip. I walked my butt off between taking pics & walking to/from dinner & just couldn't drag myself back out again. I'm sooooo lame!

Congratulations friend, you did a good job, great shots, the sky is incredible, colors are more vivid, loved the # 3, the second is great, good angle.

The kit works very well in the right hands....

Thanks Freddy. The kit zoom is pretty capable. It would be hard to find a AF zoom in the same price range that worked better I think.
