We have a riverboat. Got a stern wheel and everything. Travels up and down the Columbia River between Portland, OR and Clarkston, WA. Eight days, seven nights, side trips & only 120 passengers a trip. Cheapest fare is $3975 (each). I'd like to cruise the river, but that's more than a tad spendy. Makes for an interesting pic though.

I headed out before sunrise this morning intending to shoot something else (that doesn't move, so I can do it whenever I get around to it) when this caught my eye as I was going over the bridge. So I decided to stop and shoot this instead. Shot with my 5N and various rangefinder lenses. EXIF data should be intact.

Still got that long exposure thing going on...

Tried to make this one look a little bit dreamy, I think I need to throw the vignette back on it.

Oh look! The aerial/aquatic equivalent of squirrels. :p

And a little fall color to boot.

Some really nice shots there...like the sun hitting the stern wheel...geese flared out

And cost aside...after 24 hours on that tiny thing I'd be looking for a tall building with an open window on the top floor, LOL.

    Neat.

There is one of those paddle wheels here at one of the local lakes that serves dinner at sunset. We keep saying we should go.

I bet dinner at sunset would be a whole lot less than $3975!

Nicely done! I particularly like the last view of the ship with that lighting.
