Possible to get a lens on a camera fixed?

Hi,
I have an offer of a broken Canon G9, the lens has been pulled out.
Just wondering if there's any way to get it fixed?
It's not under warrenty.

If not I might just get a NEX camera and see how good they are. My main reservation is that once you have a non-fixed lens on it the size is big....

If it's possible at all, it will probably cost you a lot of money. Might be cheaper to buy a used G9!
