WOW. Pretty good picture for only 1/640sec. Did you have to pan the shot? Every time I photograph a turtle, I get blurs.

I think the secret to turtles-in-motion is to stop down. Then focus in front of him so by the time you hit the shutter he is in the field of focus.



I'm not even a fisherman and this looked like a good time.

Thanks! No pan. He caught me by surprise. Almost walked past him. Half my shots were blurry.
