Mazda MX5 innards. My husband's 20 odd year old Mazda now with a fitted supercharger bringing it up to 255 bhp.

I’ve become a fan of using my FE 85mm f1.8 for landscapes. Didn’t expect that when I bought it...I hadn’t really tried much tele landscape shooting before then. Might have to give my Tamron CT135 a spin on my next landscape round.

New bridge in town!
The 405 freeway is undergoing a major 'modification' in our part of the world. They decided it'd be a good idea to add car pool lanes to it. This meant that it had to be widened, which meant that bridges had to be fixed to allow the new lanes to pass under them. Our little two lane bridge just wasn't going to cut it. Don't know how old it was but it's been here since we moved in back in '85, and it was pretty old then. I imagine it was put in when the freeway was built, the date of which I'm not sure. Probably early to mid-60's is my guess. Our new bridge is a four lane wonder that curves majestically over the freeway. I'm sure it will be heavily used as the road used to narrow down to cross the old bridge. Not needed now as this one is plenty wide.
