Yesterday was the warmest day of the year so far, so instead of working I pointed my motorcycle toward the coast, hoping to bag some nice landscapes.

    It began fairly well...

But soon the fog started to creep in...

And so I was reduced to making the best of a rapidly deteriorating situation...

Until it just got sort of silly to try to carry on.

But I'll be back. After all, the coast isn't going anywhere. And the ride out there is an E-ticket (those of you too young to know what that is can just Google it :) )

These are very nice, I really like the moss on the tree limb shot. Spruce Island is very nice as well.

Man, I gotta do the Oregon coast once before I die. I figure that'll be more fun than waiting 'til after, ya know?

E ticket ride- you're making me miss my Strom. But I promised I'd retire, so I have to get my thrills in the Mini now.

Funnily enough, I like the last one best :)

4th and 5th for me, but all are nice. It does look like a beautiful place. I'd love to go there, even live there if it wasn't for the rain.

Hey! My last motorcycle was a Wee-Strom! What a great bike. It would take me anywhere I wanted to go, and never left me stranded. The salt of the earth!

I KNEW someone here would see something in that scene that escaped me. Just goes to show...

Yeah, 'round about late March I'm ready to open up a vein. Fortunately for me, that's usually about the same time I schedule a nice, long ride down to the southern California deserts. Gets my solar batteries recharged.

Yep! I totaled 2 Wee-Stroms in less than a year. I decided I didn't want to find out if the third time really is a charm. ;)

Like the Spruce Island one the best. Thanks for sharing, great ones! Simply sunny days are boring.
