I recently purchased an a6500, with the kit Lens and 35mm 1.8. I still feel like I'm missing some ranges, notably a fast mid telephoto lens (like an 85mm 1.8) and an all around zoom like my old canon 18-135. I've UC Browser considered vintage lenses, but I'd really like to take advantage of sonys lightning fast autofocus. I feel like SHAREit I probably already MX Player know the answer to this, but are there really no worthwhile budget options with autofocus? Something in the ~$280 used range?

Sony have an 18-135, but it is the most recent superzoom they've released and may be hard to find cheap used ones. Try looking for Tamron's 18-200 for E-mount, which is for all intents and purposes, identical to Sony's 18-200 LE but with a different badge (and cheaper).

For an 85mm equivalent, it's not quite as long but the SE50/1.8 (APS-C) is bleeding sharp and possibly the best prime in the APS-C lineup. It'll make your 35/1.8 look soft. If you really want as close to 85mm as possible, there's the FF SonyZeiss 55/1.8 but that might bust your budget.

Sony 50mm 1.8 OSS and Sigma 60mm 2.8 are the cheapest choices. Sony 85mm 1.8 is more expensive, again new and also a very good lens eg compared to older Canon 85mm 1.8 lens. If you still have Canon lenses, you can consider Sigma MC-11 adapter also. For longer zoom lens, I saw a used Sony 18-135 but they are very rare...

No. You already knew the answer. :)

Welcome aboard, btw!

You can hunt aggressively for some used options to lower the cost. The Zeiss 16-70 f/4, Sony 18-105mm f/4 G, the new 18-135 variable aperture (I think it's overpriced), Primes: Zeiss 24mm f/1.8, Samyang AF FE 24mm f/2.8, Sigma 19/30/60 f/2.8 Art trio, Sigma 16mm and 30mm f/1.4 Contemporary, these come to mind.

If you want the A6500 as an EDC (Every Day Carry) lightweight camera, I would go with the Sigma trio of lenses. If you want something more "capable" or "flexible" then the 10-18 plus 16-70 zooms are the ticket.
