I rode down to Mt. Shasta today to reconnoiter a good place from which to shoot the next New and Full Moons. But with four forest fires raging nearby, the air was so thick with smoke that I had to ride within 12 miles of the mountain to even catch a glimpse of it — a mountain which rises more than 11,000 ft. (3,353m) above the surrounding plateau. But I did find this on my way home. Grenada.jpg by Holzwerk, on Flickr I hate to come home empty-handed. Shot with the NEX-6 and the SEL55210.
