    That is actually the beaver's house. The dam is to the right of the photo holding back the water to create this marsh.

    I meant house. Something we surley don't see here.

    Agree, both excellent shots but I'd take the first for those Minolta colours and the second one for the cloulds :)

    Beautiful shots. Loving the yellow in those trees. I like how you composed the shot with the beaver lodge. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to get up to Northern Ontario this Autumn. Thanks for posting.
