I've been shooting my NEX F3 for about 6 months now and I'm never disappointed with it, but what I do want to try to improve it's noise reduction.

In the menu, there's no option for no NR, only Low or High. I've never been a fan of ICNR, my Canon T1i gave me so much headache until I found c.Fn's to turn that off along with auto lighting optimization.

I understand that the NEX F3 is consider to be an entry level. For what I do, I don't mind. But for post processing, anyone have any tips they'd like to recommend for NR?

I found this great article here that helps a bit, but that's too much work:

Usually, I work in LR but I do have PS too.

The easiest effort to reduce image noise is to expose your pics to the right side of the histogram. Underexposing shots makes noise worse than a properly exposed shot. ;)
