Funny story: I was shooting a conference the past weekend to give some of my friends some rockstar treatment as it would be my last of this sort of conference in a while. After the conference, I painstakingly edited all the photos to get color balance, tone, brightness, etc. "just right" - this was shot in a venue with terrible lighting and really bad angles so it took a lot of work (old building). So I sent a finished photo to a friend today, and she really liked it. She immediately put it up on Instagram, tagging it #nofilter. I had to laugh (and share it here, because I think Talk E-mount might be the only crowd who finds this funny).
