Showcase Nikon 200mm macro lens on NEX 7

    There is nothing like a long macro lens for chasing skittish critters like butterflies and dragonflies. Here is one with the above combination and total reliance upon focus peaking:

    Dan this is a great shot to begin with is a restless beast, and sometimes still is kept in for a second under sun, good capture, great detail of this dragonfly, nice performance with high contrast and sharper image. The peaking really helps, l use sometimes my old Vivitar macro zoom too.

    That's a great shot Dan! 200mm on manual focus, shallow DOF and overcast day, following these dragons around - I can only imagine how difficult (and fun) it must've been...

    Nice retention of that electric blue colour too!
