Nikkor 55mm f1.2 review

    First of the Nikkor 55mm 1.2
    Here are some test shoots from apertures f1.2 , f2, f2.8, f4, f5.6, f8

    Sharpness at 1.2 is questionable and i would recommend only using it for the kind of dreamy glowy look. The corners are unusable, the vignetting is very strong and there is alot of red fringing in the photo on edges. The center at F2 gets really sharp but the corners remain soft until f4.
    Here's some bokeh test because thats really the thing you get this lens for.

    At F1.2 the bokeh is really something else, it turns the mess in the background into a beautiful blur. At f2 and f2.8 the bokeh is still nice and smooth but not really anything special. This lens i made to shoot close up subjects at f1.2.

    Nice review, very informative. And that shot with the scooter is really cool
