Hey everyone! Really excited to have joined these forums and thought I'd start by introducing myself and share a few recent pictures. My name's Chris and I've owned quite a few DSLR cameras in the past but never really put them to much use. I think I've finally found motivation with this a7. Anyway, I would really appreciate any feedback/tips you could offer. I'm fairly new to post processing as well so I've been keeping it to a minimum but would love to get good at it!

Thanks for looking! Really excited to learn a lot while I'm here!

Welcome, fellow Oregonian! That's a great set of photos to post as your intro here. Based on them, rather than ask any of us for tips, my guess Is that we may be learning a thing or two from you!

Very nice pictures! The cropped one with the bird shows the amazing performance of the A7 and the Zeiss together! Really impressive!

Welcome aboard. Great pics, but that crop...
Every time I see a crop from the A7/A7r and Zeiss if feel compelled to spend lots of money I don't have. I'm done looking at them. ;)
