    ■True electronic integration of aperture diaphragm - let camera automatically choose aperture in P or S exposure modes, or dial in yourself on the camera body in A or M modes.
    ■Powered by camera body. No external power source required.
    ■Wide open button (opposite of depth-of-field preview function) makes manual focusing easy.

    Sony NEX System : Canon EF Lens to Sony NEX Smart Adapter

    It's a bit expensive. For the same price you can buy a canon camera body, but there is the possibility for using it.
    I'm imaging a 85L or a 135L with a NEX7... mmm...

    Although I'm not likely to adapt EOS lenses for my 5N, it's a good sign that other manufacturers are taking the NEX E mount seriously.
