We are very fortunate to own this piece of property which was a bank foreclosure when we purchased it over twenty years ago. However, we have really changed both the home and property. I cannot stand anywhere in my house or on my property where I cannot see the changes and improvements we made over twenty years and are still making...
And, in answer to AlwaysOnAuto - we are in the pool just about every day! Our Goldendoodle loves the pool also!

So do my daughter's dogs - they have invented a "get the ball" game that the three dogs will play for hours if we allowed them to.

However, we have the pool fenced of from the rest of the property for the safety of the dogs and only allow them to play in the water when we are with them...

When put in the pool, at the same time we put in solar to heat the pool. You can see the solar panel towards the image right of the first image in this string. I am a coward when it comes to swimming in cold water and the solar heating allows me to use the pool eight or nine months of the year at no cost to my wallet or to the environment. I also have solar for my home electricity which is great for hot times like we are having this year. I can keep the house at about 72 degrees F., when it is 90-100 F. plus outside, also at virtually no cost to my wallet or to the environment...
