from day one every time I turn on my camera it vibrates like quick yet noticeable vibration like a kick inside the body, and it make a less stronger shake when turned off.
is this normal? should I ask for another camera?

It could be vibrating the sensor to shake dust off. On older models it didn't have an option to do it automatically on startup/shutdown, you have to hunt through the menus every time. My Fuji X-T2 does it automatically though.

My older body does that on shutdown sometimes, which is the dust thing Tipton mentioned. Sounds odd if it happens every time, though. Hopefully someone with an A7iii can jump in.

There is this very terse note at Sony support, might try popping the battery and see if that helps.

Upon start up, there will be a very slight but detectable activation of the IBIS. It's a split-second impulse, not a shake. It sounds like the dust removal option is activating each time you power up. Check the menu if there is this option. Otherwise, do a reset to default settings and see if it clears up.
