Lovely shots , Adam! My favourites are the sparrow (beautifully captured and composed), and the Sketch Artist... well done!

Thank You all for looking at my photos :D

You're right. These shots are not perfect with focus, I'm still learning of using peaking mode. I get better results when using screen magnification, but sometimes it's impossible to use it (not enough time).

Nice shots. Where is it from?

Taken on Sunday at Warsaw's Old Town.

Thank You for finding these shots worth looking ;)

Ps. Forgive me my English, it's not perfect. If You find some language erros, tell me ;)

I just picked up this little lens from KEH for $27. The lens is so lightweight that when it arrived, I thought they had sent me an empty box (all of which is negated once mounted to the heavy NEX-to-MD adapter).

I really like the colors this lens produces, more so than my Rokkor-X 50 F1.4. I also appreciate the slightly wider FOV. Get this lens...you won't regret it.

Didn't someone mention that the 45mm F2 is cheap and plasticky and prone to mechanical problems? It sure is. My focus ring is a little scratchy on the long end, but with pictures that come out like this, it doesn't bother me one bit :p

Bought a NEX 6 w/the lens a few weeks ago. Very impressed with the MD 45/2. It's pretty darn sharp wide open, only showing a little weakness in high contrast areas. Wonderfully sharp.

Enjoy, I know I do, (see my post above).

This was my first adapted lens and as has been said here the colours and sharpness are really surprising for such a small and cheap lens. It's also one of the neatest little SLR lenses you can attach to your nex. Looking forward to trying it on the A7 in the near future, here's a couple of pictures I took a while ago on a nex 5:

Thanks for posting Adam, very nice pics. I have the exact same minolta lens from an old SLR and I just ordered an adapter on Ebay. Can't wait to try it out.

Okay, you guys are killing me. I broke down and bought one on eBay today. When it gets here, I'm going to compare it on full-frame against the Sigma 30mm on APS-C.
