I picked up a nice MD 28mm F2.8 awhile back but only recently got it out since getting the A7. A shot from an early morning walk to the river with the A7 and MD28.

I’m currently using a NEX-6, mainly with the M-Rokkor 28mm and Voigtländer Nokton 50mm f/1.5. I really like the NEX-6, but I will switch to either the A7 (or A7 II), so I can use my FF lenses without a crop factor. Can someone tell me about a few things about the M-Rokkor performance on the A7? Unfortunately, there is not a lot information about this combo on the internet.

It looks like the Rokkor vignettes wide open, at which aperture does the vignetting disappear?
Are the corners sharp wide at 2.8? Is edge smearing an issue?
