I have my doubts that Sony would. Maaaaaybe Voigtlander would consider it, but their 110mm/2.5 APO-Lanthar macro lens is really quite excellent and does 1:1. Maybe Loawa?
Not sure the demand is there, to be honest. Most macro lenses I know about don't even get to much past 100mm. When you get into medium-to-long telephoto territory things are already somewhat magnified, though MDF might prevent achieving 1:1.
It's always been an expensive & relatively rare choice for real macro.
I wish I could afford a 200mm macro to adapt since manual focus is the only reliable option for macro adapting has no significant down side.
If just close focusing for butterflies etc then I suspect there are already telephotos that will focus as close as I can usually get.
