LCD Screen Replacement

I am buying a new screen for my Sony Nex C3, as my current one is very worn.
I would like to know how these screens fit, is it easy to do, do i need special equipment?

A guide to this task or video would be appreciated.

This is actually my second attempt, first time was quite hard because the old screen needs removing from a plastic frame, and then to secure the new LCD i had to use super glue. I used too much and the glue leaked. The screen worked but the display quality was damaged.
