The subject matter in these photos is nothing great, except the beer that I had the night before was pretty good. I was really impressed by the sharpness and color of this lens on the Nex-7. This lens is well constructed and <fairly> light with a built in retractable lens shade. I also picked up a Hexanon AR 80-200mm F4.5 zoom, so I'm interested in seeing how it performs against the 135mm.

Subject was about 4.5 ft away. F11, 1/25s, tripod mount, ISO-200. This lens handled the harsh sunlight that was coming in from the left side window even at large aperture.

Across the street, f3.5?, 1/800s, ISO-100, the image gets scaled down when uploaded here, but the house number is very sharp when zoomed 100%.
